ECO MOBILE CHUTE

  • The Eco Mobile Cattle Chute is an adjustable trailer to truck ramp and an effective solution for loading between trailers, pickups and the first deck of stock crates
  • Sheeted to a height of 1m, the galvanized construction prevents legs from getting through the ramp for cattle loading safety
  • Features wheels, leaf  suspension and a convenient swing aside pull
  • The Ramp can be towed between multiple corrals or properties or included on Relocatable Corral designs

  • Rises over 3.3m (optional 1.6m level extension)
  • Sheeted Cattle Rail sides are included for stock safety as well as a walkway and handrails for operator safety
  • A truck driver access door and sliding gate at the truck end allows for the flow of cattle to be stopped when required with a swivel buffer board, eliminating the long gap between ramp and truck
  • Designed for a stepped concrete floor to be poured on site

Adjustable Under and Over Loading Chute

  • Utilises an internal floor that can move from the bottom to the top deck height with a heavy-duty hand winch
  • Flexibility of dual deck loading, with the economy of single walkway
  • Walkways on both decks are Australian Standards compliant
  • Cattle rise to top deck height over 10.0m giving good stock flow with all classes of cattle
  • Suitable for rear or side loading, bat wing doors for side loading and sliding gate at truck end for both decks

  • Commercial grade cattle loading/unloading chute designed for high throughput at selling barns and commercial facilities with heavy duty construction
  • Hand winch to raise and lower height, which adjusts from box trailers to the 1st deck of a truck
  • Walkway and handrail one side for safe operator access
  • Heavy Duty 150 PFC gantry with lock in safety bar
  • 1m sheeted ramp sides, 925mm width encourages stock flow
  • Drop over flap – eliminates gap between truck/trailer and chute

12.5 DEGREE COMBINED CHUTE AND DUMP

  • Designed as a single loading and unloading combination, ideal for high stock traffic
  • Includes 900mm wide ramps and 1800mmm wide unloading dump
  • Rises over 5.0m (plus 2.4m level extension)
  • Can be built as side or rear loading/unloading chute
  • Side loading unit includes bat wing doors which lock in place and allow side load stock crate doors to chain against them
  • Steps and walkway on driver’s side
  • Designed to have concrete floor and steps
  • Galvanized sheeted sides

12.5 DEGREE SIDE LOADING CHUTE (WITH LEVEL EXTENSION)

  • Rises over 5.0m (plus 2.4m level extension).
  • Bat wing doors are designed to lock in place and allow side load stock crate doors to chain against them. They are adjustable in width to suit varied side load door openings
  • Galvanised construction with non-slip walkway and handrail on both sides for operator safety
  • Sheeted Cattle Rail sides are included for stock safety
