THE PROWAY EXPERIENCE
ProWay’s Commercial Design Team are passionate about continual improvement, and are constantly incorporating RnD and industry feedback into new designs.
Continually innovating and improving means no two facilities are ever the same.
Our team of Commercial Designers work in conjunction with ProWay’s Draftsmen and their CAD software to efficiently build large scale infrastructure and supply chain facilities that is millimetre perfect:
- They employ total station technology to accurately survey existing site features in three dimensions. This allows us to incorporate existing structures, roadways, shade trees, power poles etc into designs with precision.
- Our Draftsmen are specialists in CAD drawing software. All workshop fabrication is based on the CAD generated plans and workshop orders, ensuring highly refined components are turned out.
THE FORCE BEHIND PROWAY’S SUCCESS
The driving force behind ProWay’s quality product is the Workshop. We differ from most in our industry, as all ProWay fabricators are either tradesman or apprentices. Our Workshop are experts in working with galvanised steel.
Our Commercial Designers and CAD Draftsmen work closely with our Fabricators to ensure the final product meets the brief and is precision made, highly durable and passes all quality assurance tests.
We also employ regionally based construction contractors who can travel to site and construct our products based on your requirements. All contractors have a good knowledge of our product and the standards required to achieve a quality finish. Using our pre-fabricated product, the time from starting to completion on site is minimised.
We understand the difficulties of large scale operations during expansion and construction phases and can accommodate your existing schedule to minimise impact on productivity. Our Commercial Team are experts in coordinating all facets of a commercial design project, ensuring all aspects meet the tender requirements and contracts.
